Bank feeds ensure your books stay up-to-date automatically. Transactions from your bank account appear in AkountFly promptly.
Supported methods:
- Mono (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa): Secure OAuth connection. Approve on your bank's site; Mono streams transactions to us.
- Manual bank: Create the account and upload statements as PDF/CSV anytime.
You can add multiple bank accounts. Each one appears under its own tab in the AI Bank Transactions Center.
Step-by-step
- 1Go to AI Bank Transactions Center
Select Transactions from the sidebar.
Go to AI Bank Transactions Center - 2Choose Open Banking on the Dashboard tab
Switch to the Dashboard tab: under Feed Sources, click the Open Banking card to start a secure connection.
Choose Open Banking on the Dashboard tab - 3Review and click Connect Bank
The setup dialog explains the secure Mono connection for African banks. Click Connect Bank to continue: manual statement upload is always available from the Uploads tab instead.
Review and click Connect Bank - 4Authorize Connection
Log in to your bank via the popup. Only READ access is granted.
Revoke access anytime through your bank's app. - 5Sync Transactions
Transactions backfill within 5 minutes.
