Owners and accountants can remove a bank account with a full reversal of its postings, and restore it later.

Only the business owner or an accountant can delete or restore. Connected-bank accounts cannot receive manual journals - movements must come through the feed.
Step-by-step
- 1Delete
Banking → account menu → Delete bank account → confirm with your password. Every journal the account touched is reversed and the account is hidden.
- 2Restore
Banking → Deleted accounts → Restore. Postings return; a connected bank asks to reconnect and back-fills anything missed, without duplicates.
