Dispute a Bank Match

Correct an incorrect bank match in the AI Bank Transactions Center.

If a transaction is matched incorrectly, you can easily dispute it. Go to Transactions in the sidebar to access the AI Bank Transactions Center. Find the transaction in question and click View details. Select Reject to undo the match. This action reverses the journal entry, allowing you to re-categorise the transaction correctly.

Step-by-step

    Access Transactions

    Go to Transactions in the sidebar to open the AI Bank Transactions Center.

    Find and View Details

    Locate the transaction you want to dispute and click View details.

    Reject the Match

    Select Reject to undo the match and reverse the journal entry.

    This allows you to re-categorise the transaction correctly.
