The 7-day free trial and why a card is required
Every AkountFly trial is 7 days, full-featured, and requires a payment card on file: you're only charged when the trial ends.
AkountFly gives every new business a 7-day free trial with full access to the plan you choose. A payment card is required to start the trial: this applies to all plans and all countries.
You are not charged during the trial. Your first charge happens when the trial ends, and that day becomes your monthly billing day. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Cards are handled by Paystack (Nigeria, ₦) or Stripe (everywhere else). AkountFly never stores your raw card number. If your account is ever missing a card, an amber banner appears across the app until one is added under Billing.

Pick a plan during onboarding or on the pricing page and click to start your trial.

Click Add Card on the Billing page and complete the secure Paystack/Stripe form. A small verification hold may appear and is reversed automatically.

All features are unlocked. Your trial end date is shown on the Billing page.

Keep going and your card is charged on the trial-end day (your billing day each month), or cancel from Billing to avoid any charge.
