Highlights of what shipped recently in AkountFly:

  • ✨ Top suggestions in the category picker: the GL dropdown on Transactions now ranks the 3 best-fit accounts using the transaction's direction, wording and your past habits, with every account badged by type.
  • Click-to-edit Contact Names & Descriptions: fix messy bank narrations right on the card or table row; editing a description can trigger an "AI suggests" category pill.
  • Full special-item setup from the bank feed: approving a detected loan, asset, investment or prepayment now offers the complete terms form ("Set up now") or a defer option that creates a Dashboard task.
  • One clear sync banner: bank sync progress is tracked by a single banner from fetch to AI categorisation, with clear failure guidance.
  • Recategorise after approval: change the account on a Completed transaction and hit Save; AkountFly reverses and re-posts the journal for you.
  • Billing: free trials now require a card on file (trial length is now 3 days) for all plans; Billing History gained PDF export.
  • Security: sessions are capped at 24 hours and 2FA re-verifies every 60 days.
