- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

- Open Banking: Mono (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya), Plaid (US, UK, EU), Stitch (South Africa)

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AkountFly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account.
